Frequently Asked Questions

AKOLEWA is a non-profit non-governmental organization working to support widows, orphans, and vulnerable families. We operate in education, health, economic development, and social protection.

Our mission is to restore hope, dignity, and autonomy to widows and orphans through sustainable projects: education, training, health, and social entrepreneurship.

We mainly operate in Ivory Coast and other African countries, but we also collaborate with international partners to support projects worldwide.

You can donate online via our secure platform, by bank transfer, Mobile Money (Wave, Orange Money, Moov Money), or directly at our offices. Every donation, big or small, helps transform lives.

Yes! Orphan sponsorship is one of our most important programs. You can choose to fund education, nutrition, or health for a child. We then send you regular updates about your sponsored child.

Transparency is at the heart of our commitment. Every donation is used to fund humanitarian projects, provide direct aid (food, education, healthcare), and cover minimal logistics costs to ensure proper execution of programs. An annual transparency report is published to inform donors and partners.

It’s simple: fill out the membership or volunteer form on our website. Our teams will contact you for a brief orientation and offer missions suited to your skills and availability.

Together, let’s grow solidarity!
